Established in 1992, Zhejiang Pengye Stainless Steel Tube Industrial Co., Ltd. is a joint stock enterprise, located in Songyang Industrial Park of Zhejiang. We are specialized in producing various stainless steel pipes and tubes.

Zhejiang Pengye Stainless Steel Tube Industrial Co., Ltd. covers a total area of 80,000m2, owns fixed assets of RMB 120 million, and reaches an annual production capacity of over 15,000 tons of finished stainless steel tubes and an annual output value of over RMB 420 million (the export value accounts for 60% of total value). Enjoying strong technical force, our company now has 350 employees including 50 technicians and managers as well as 3 engineers. Our company has first-class production equipment such as cold drawing machines with a diameter of OD830mm and a drawing force of 1,000 tons, which has filled the domestic blank. There are 39 cold drawing machines with drawing force ranging from 10 tons to 1,000 tons (among them, there are 9 cold drawing machines with the drawing force above 500 tons) and advanced cold rolling equipment including LG-110H, LG-90H, LG-60H, LD-60, LG-30H and LD-30H model cold rolling units. Our company owns 3 advanced gas producers, 3 large-scale automatic solid solution annealing furnaces, 8 straightening machines of different specifications, 35 small and large crossbeam hoisters and 5 lathes for mold machining. We can manufacture all kinds of non-standard stainless steel tubes with special wall thickness. The specified length of a single tube can be reached 28 meters. Our company is also equipped with advanced inspection facilities such as spectrum analyzers, 4XA metallographic microscopes, chemical analyzers, infrared carbon and sulfur analyzers, nondestructive flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, and hydraulic testers. Furthermore, our physical laboratory is provided with Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers sclerometers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, WE-600 universal testers, XTT stereo microscopes, T21 spectrophotometers, SXE-5-1 2 chamber type electric resistance furnaces, TS323A photoelectric analytical balance, WT-2216C digital temperature controllers, intergranular corrosion testers, universal material testers and other advanced inspection appliances, which can meet inspection demands according to steel tube standards of different countries.

Our company mainly purchases raw materials from Baosteel Group Shanghai No. 5 Steel Factory, Huzhou Jiuli Group, Taiwan and other famous companies. We can produce various Stainless steel seamless tubes.
